By registering for a workshop or accessing the RVGEN Lab, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
RVGEN.AI is a media technology and education platform operated within the twofour54 Media Zone, Abu Dhabi, UAE. We offer AI-focused workshops for students and access to the RVGEN Lab, a suite of creative production tools.
To use our services you must:
Workshop enrollment is subject to manual approval by RVGEN.AI. Payment of the workshop fee does not automatically guarantee enrollment — we reserve the right to refund and decline any registration at our discretion.
Lab access is granted only to approved registered participants. Access credentials must not be shared with others. Each account is for individual use only.
Workshop fees are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By completing payment you authorise Stripe to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the time of your purchase is the price you will be charged.
We offer a full refund if requested within 7 days of payment, provided the workshop has not yet commenced. Once a workshop has started, no refunds are issued. If a workshop is cancelled by RVGEN.AI, a full refund will be provided within 14 business days.

When using the RVGEN Lab and Storyboard Studio, you agree not to:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension of Lab access without refund.
Work created by students using the RVGEN Lab during workshops remains the property of the student (and their parent or guardian if under 18). RVGEN.AI may showcase student work on our website and social media for promotional purposes — we will always seek consent before doing so and will credit the creator.
The RVGEN.AI platform, brand, tools, and content (excluding student work) are owned by RVGEN.AI and may not be reproduced without written permission.
The Storyboard Studio allows optional connection to your personal Google Drive. Files saved to Drive through our tool are stored in your own Google account — we do not own or control these files. You may disconnect Drive access at any time. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle Drive data.
RVGEN.AI provides the Lab and workshop services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for their workshop enrollment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
